Service Description

The Act Cast provides an online platform for actors to create profiles and showcase their talents to producers. Producers can browse or request actor profiles that match their casting needs. We act as an intermediary by curating and providing actor profiles to producers based on the specific requirements they submit.

Registration and Account Responsibilities

Actors

Upon registering with The Act Cast, actors must provide accurate and truthful information. This information will form the basis of their profile and will be used for matching with potential casting opportunities. It is your responsibility to keep your profile updated with current information, and any misrepresentation may result in account suspension or termination.

Producers

When registering or submitting casting requests, producers must provide accurate contact information, including their name, phone number, and any additional information required to facilitate casting communications.

Fees and Payment

Fees for delivering actor profiles to producers are determined on a case-by-case basis by the site owner. The fees vary based on the number of profiles requested, the complexity of the search, and other factors. Once a producer submits a request for actor profiles, the applicable fee will be communicated before any services are rendered.

Use of the Platform

Actors

You agree that your profile is a representation of your skills, abilities, and personal characteristics. By submitting your information, you grant The Act Cast the right to use, share, and display your profile for the purpose of casting.

Producers

You agree that any actor profiles you receive will be used solely for the purpose of casting and will not be shared with third parties without explicit permission from The Act Cast.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials provided by The Act Cast are the intellectual property of The Act Cast and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account at our sole discretion if we determine that the user has violated these terms. If your account is terminated, you will no longer have access to the platform, and any fees paid will not be refunded.

Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, The Act Cast makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of actor profiles or casting opportunities.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between an actor and a producer or between a user and The Act Cast, the parties agree to first seek resolution through internal mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be subject to arbitration or legal proceedings in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amman, Jordan.

Changes to Terms

The Act Cast reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or through notices on the platform.
